Our Teams
The success of the company relies on the expertise of our different departments.
Production
The production department is the core of the company. It is the department with the largest number of employees, mainly consisting of labourers. It mainly handles the crucial stages of productivity, transformation, packaging, and shipping of products. The production operates on both day and evening shifts and the team is essentially made up of production labourers.

Sanitation
The sanitation department implements cleaning and sanitation programs to help prevent food contamination. The job mainly involves removing potential contaminants from equipment, surfaces, and areas. This work is crucial for delivering quality products. The sanitation team works the night shift and is mostly made up of labourers.
Shipping
The shipping department works closely with production during both day and evening shifts. It manages the reception of products with carriers, organizes inventory, and oversees the loading of products prepared for shipment. To do so, these employees handle forklifts and electric pallet jacks. The department is mainly composed of labourers and drivers.

Quality Control
The quality control department ensures the compliance of products and procedures with customer requirements, the Canadian Food Inspection Agency, various programs, as well as conformity to HACCP and SQF standards. The quality control team works on day, evening, and night shifts. It is primarily made of quality control technicians.
Maintenance
The maintenance department ensures the maintenance, performance, and safety of the facilities and the building. Underperforming installations would directly impact the company’s objectives. The maintenance team works all shifts: day, evening, night, and weekends. It is mainly staffed by electromechanics.

Administration
The administration department handles payroll, budgets, and the company’s financial statements. It ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The department operates during the day shift and is made up of an administrative assistant, an accounting technician, and the accounting manager.
Human Resources and OHS
The Human Resources and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) department handles staffing, labour relations, organizational development, risk prevention and management. The HR-OHS team primarily works the day shift and ensures a positive work environment. It includes positions with various specialties as well as generalists.
